I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

If you are having trouble accessing your account you may be trying with incorrect details. Here are some things to try.

Email address - Your email address must be in this format: username@domain.com (or .net, .org, .edu, etc.). If you have more than one email address, be sure that you're using the correct e-mail address and password combination for the account you are trying to access. Also, if your internet software is set to auto-complete the e-mail, make sure it's the correct e-mail address listed without any spaces.
